Insurance:
We accept most insurance plans. We also accept payment from most
PPO and traditional indemnity plans. Please call our office to make an
appointment and ask any questions that you may have regarding your insurance.
Payment Options:
Prior to commencement of treatment; fees, payment options and financial
arrangements will be discussed. We are happy to send into your insurance for
a pre-estimation on your coverage for major restorative work. We always
directly bill your insurance company for the expected benefit, but it is the
patient that is responsible for all fees associated for services rendered.
Any balance not covered by the insurance company is to be paid at the time
of service.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, cash, check and
Care Credit.
